DOG TRAINING IN CLEMMONS, NC
ARE WALKS WITH YOUR DOG MORE STRESSFUL THAN RELAXING AND FUN?
DO YOU FEEL POWERLESS TO CONTROL YOUR HIGH ENERGY DOG?
IS YOUR DOG'S OUT OF CONTROL BEHAVIOR IMPACTING YOUR SOCIAL LIFE?
You're in the right place! We're here to help. We help dog owners just like you all the time. We can help you get your dog to listen, even if other training hasn't worked.
Right now, your dog might be driving you a little crazy... it's not what you imagined when you first decided to bring them home!
Imagine knowing your dog will listen to you reliably, instead of only when they feel like it or when you have a treat.
Envision being able to simply tell your dog "Quiet" and they instantly stop barking. Or "Come" and they immediately and happily run over to you.
We can make all this happen... Yes, even for your dog.
What if walks with your dog were relaxing and fun? You can even calmly and confidently walk past other dogs, people, and even squirrels ... with no worries.
How would your social life change if your dog could be involved in your day-to-day life? You could take your dog to brunch with friends. Or your friends begin to greet your dog with a smile rather than dread when they come to the door.
We will work with you to make all this possible and more!
No more yelling "stop!!"
Jumping on people, barking at every leaf that blows, stealing food... we'll help you make sure your dog listens around the house!
Have the freedom to go on adventures and know your dog will listen, wherever you are.
Many families tell us they avoid going for walks (because their dog practically pulls them off their feet!) or avoid having company because their dog is embarrassing. Now instead you'll get compliments on how great your dog is!
Whether its a trip to the beach, a hike in the mountains, a family vacation, or coffee with a friend. You will enjoy your dog so much that you will want your dog to be a part of your every day life and share in every adventure.
After a 20-year career in the Air Force I decided to follow my passion, all things DOGS! I attended Animal Behavior Institute, online while on active duty and then Highland K9 School for Dog Trainers, Master Dog Trainers program after retiring from the military, and I haven't looked back since.
My own dogs ignited my passion and were my inspiration for becoming a dog trainer. My girl, Ziva, is my best friend and is a part of every aspect of my life. We have shared adventures from the East Coast to the West Coast, beyond (Hawaii) and back again. It is rare that you will see me out and about and not see Ziva right next to me.
The thing I love most about being a dog trainer is seeing the joy on people's faces after they start enjoying their own dog again because they can take them anywhere, like parks, on hikes, or out to the coffee shop, for brunch, or to the pub with friends.
I enjoy teaching people and always keep things simple and fun. My favorite thing to see is when people want their dog to be a part of their everyday lives and when dogs are well behaved enough to bring joy and not cause chaos and stress.
Hello everyone! My name is Grace Carter and I am excited to join the Crown Jewel K9 team!
For as long as I can remember, I have had a special place in my heart for dogs. Our family has three rescue dogs. MalaBelle is my chocolate lab and the driving force behind my career choice! She is my best friend and has heard all of my secrets over the seven years since we adopted her! She is always carrying something around, loves to be by my side and enjoys learning new tricks and skills. Together we have completed advanced Search & Rescue and Dock-Diving classes and Scent work classes at Highland Canine. Each of these experiences helps me learn more about working with dogs!
I completed an Internship at a Grooming/Boarding business prior to graduation from Forbush High School in May 2024. I began the six-month Master Canine Course at Highland in July and graduated in December 2024. My time at Highland exposed me to work in basic dog obedience, law enforcement dogs, service dog training and more! My goals include helping dogs and families grow together through training that enhances positive behavior!
